Dianne Reeves Angel is the author of

Angel’s career has been a fascinating journey through the entertainment and technology industries. In the 1970, she began her film career as a story editor at Zeitman/Townsend Productions at Columbia Pictures. During her time there, she wrote the screenplay
James Barry with Robert Townsend, Executive Producer, as well as
Berlin for Z/T Productions. She also developed a television sitcom,
Weekend Fathers, for CBS Television. Her last position at Z/T Productions was Vice President of Project Development.
Angel’s work in the entertainment industry included positions at 20th Century Fox, and New World Pictures, along with television research work for Alan Landsburg Productions.
In the early 1990s, Angel transitioned her skills to Silicon Valley, where she worked as a Human Resources executive for high-tech companies.
She is also a published poet whose work exploring human frailty, resilience, humor, and triumph has appeared in
Moonshine Ink and
Synchronized Chaos.
A graduate of UCLA with a degree in English Literature, Angel lives at Lake Tahoe, California. She is currently working on her second novel,
Viola Mae Bounting.
